Bioinformatics lab is equipped with latest computational resources with necessary bioinformatics support. To support high end computation, we have a 64 GB server workstation. Presently we are working on RNA-seq/microarray data analysis, interactomics, and genomics. Students are exposed to state-of-art database searching techniques, bioconductor programming, and galaxy-based high throughput biology.
