Course Overview

A diploma in Electrical Engineering is a three-year diploma program designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the core principles and practices related to electrical engineering. The program lays emphasis on the fundamental concepts of electrical and electronics engineering, including circuit analysis, electrical machines, power electronics, control systems, and communication systems.

The course structure includes laboratory work, project-based learning, and industry visits. They learn about various electrical components, such as transformers, generators, motors, and circuit breakers.

This diploma course includes some important topics like electric power generation, transmission, distribution, and utilization. After completion of the program, graduates can pursue a career as an electrical engineer, electronics engineer, control systems engineer, or power systems engineer. They can also proceed to higher studies and pursue a degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
