GLA University to organize its 10^th Convocation Ceremony on Dec 19^th

GLA University will celebrate its 10^th Convocation Ceremony to confer degrees upon students of Batch 2021 on Dec 19, 2021. Dr. G. Satheesh Reddy, Hon’ble Secretary, Department of Defence R&D and Chairman, DRDO will amplify the grace of the occasion as Chief Guest. Moreover, the humble presence of Shri Suhas Lalinakere Yathiraj, Hon’ble IAS, Gautam Budh Nagar (Uttar Pradesh) as Guest of Honour. He has also won a silver medal in badminton in Tokyo Paralympics 2021.

Apart from receiving the degree from our honourable guests, the GLA grads will also imbibe learning from their valuable experience. The convocation at GLA is also treated as a community-building ritual to promote student identification with the institution and facilitate a sense of class membership.

The Convocation speech by the Honourable chief guest will carry a high note of optimism to entreat the students to pursue excellence in the future. This will be followed by the dignitaries who will talk about the quality initiatives by GLA for excellence in education. GLA University lays emphasis on encouraging the students to focus equally on skill development, apart from theoretical knowledge.
