Ms Devika is an Assistant Professor in the Finance & Accounting area at GLA University, Mathura, with more than seven years of teaching experience. She is a UGC-Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) awardee with 99.89 percentile and 3 times UGC-NET (Commerce qualified. She is pursuing her PhD in ESG performance and sustainable finance, aligning her work closely with sustainability and responsible business practices. She has authored Scopus-indexed research papers, book chapters and continues to contribute to scholarly work in ESG, SDGs, corporate governance, sustainability reporting, and carbon markets. She actively mentors students, leads personality development initiatives through Proficio Persona Club, and delivers expert sessions on AI in Finance, Accounting, and Auditing, reflecting her commitment to innovative and industry-relevant education.
