Purpose of The Club
The purpose of Career Shapers is to bring together students interested in the field of Human Resources Management and foster their interpersonal skills which are the need of the hour in the corporate and provide them a platform to showcase their potential. The club is of the students, by the students and for the students, so as to nurture their innate talent by helping them learn more about the dynamics of Human Resource.
Our prime objective is to unfold the most decisive facet of any organization ‘The people’ and provide them ample opportunities to continuously upgrade themselves through events and activities. The HR students under the guidance of faculty coordinator organize the events. The HR club: Career Shapers holds many objective oriented events throughout the year to enable students to gain insights into the latest happenings in the field of HR.
