The Institute of Legal Studies and Research has organized a two days Workshop from 28.02.2020 to 29.02.2020 on "Excellence in Drafting Commercial Contracts" at GLA University, Mathura. Advocate Bhumesh Verma was a Notable Guest of the day, who is a managing partner of Corp Comm Legal, which he set up after spending 23 years with some of the best Indian Law Firms. He is a senior corporate lawyer. He is a graduate from Delhi University and was selected as a chevening Scholar in 2000 by the U.K Government. During this Scholarship, he studied at the college of Law at York and worked with a big London Law firm. Advocate Bhumesh Verma is experienced in corporate and commercial matters, FDI, financial and technical collaborations, private equity, venture capital, due diligence, regulatory and strategic advice. The Centre for Legal Drafting and Negotiation skill is established under the leadership of Advocate Bhumesh Verma, which is associated with the Institute of Legal Studies and Research. In the workshop he has talked about the importance of drafting a petition and commercial agreements. This workshop was vibrant as it has covered the both practical and theoretical aspects of the learning.
