At GLA University, we were proud to host a transformative HR Meet on 6th September 2025, that united thought leaders from Mphasis, Xperi, Vekan Technologies, Raft Consulting, Soft Suave Technologies, Prayagh Consumer Care, and more — all converging to explore one powerful question:

How can we prepare tomorrow’s workforce for a world shaped by AI, emotional intelligence, and rapid skill evolution?

Across two dynamic panel discussions, industry experts emphasized:

• The shift from human vs. machine to human + machine

• The rising relevance of empathy, adaptability, and ethics

• The urgent need for continuous learning and upskilling

• Why emotional intelligence is becoming as critical as technical expertise

Led by Prof. Dr. Anurag Singh, the sessions blended real-world case studies — from OTT to hiring design — into actionable insights for students. These weren’t just lectures; they became interactive dialogues that inspired learners to stay engaged and future-focused.
