Dr. Rubee Singh is an Assistant Professor of HR at the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura. She has 12 years of experience in teaching and research. She completed her MBA (HR), PhD (Management), and D.Litt. (Post-Doctorate) from Kumaun University, Nainital, India. She has published more than 100 publications indexed in Scopus, including books published by Springer, Elsevier, Emerald, and De Gruyter, as well as book chapters and research papers in ABDC-A, SSCI, Scopus, and UGC-indexed journals. She has presented her research at prestigious institutions such as IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, and IIM Calcutta, as well as at international academic conferences in Turkey and Vietnam, reflecting her strong engagement in global academic and research networks. Her research interests include Digital HRM, Sustainable HRM, Circular Economy, Sustainability, Net Zero Emissions, Industry 4.0/5.0, Artificial Intelligence, Climate Change, and Digital Innovation.
