Dr. Prashant Tiwari is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura, with 13+ years of corporate and academic experience spanning banking and marketing. He has completed his Ph.D. in Social Media Adoption from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P., India). He also holds postgraduate degrees in Management and Commerce. His transition from banking to marketing academia equips him with a strong interdisciplinary perspective that enriches student engagement and applied learning. Dr. Tiwari's research interests include Online Banking, Technology Adoption, Social Media , and Digital Consumer Behaviour. He has published several research papers in reputed Scopus, ABDC, and ESCI indexed journals, including FIIB Business Review, Pacific Business Review International, and International Journal on Emerging Technologies. He also manages an educational YouTube channel titled "Prashant Tiwari Official," dedicated to helping students understand research concepts, journal guidelines, and academic writing.
