Dr. Gitali Choudhury serves as an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura. She brings over 15 years of diverse experience spanning industry, academia and research. She completed her MBA in Human Resource Management and earned her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Dr. Choudhury has authored more than ten research papers published in reputed national and international journals and conference proceedings. Her academic and research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, and Personality Development.
