Dr. Archana Yadav is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura. She has thirteen years of extensive teaching and research expertise in the field of management. She has been awarded a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Lucknow, Lucknow. She was awarded a Junior Research Fellowship by UGC for pursuing a Ph.D. Dr. Archana Yadav is dedicated to fostering a collaborative learning environment and mentoring the next generation of management students. She has presented research papers at various International and National Conferences and Seminars. She had also published papers in various reputed journals. Her areas of interest are HR and OB, sustainable development, management education, and sustainability education.
