She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and a PhD from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India. She has contributed extensively to research, with numerous papers published in reputed national and international journals, addressing a wide range of contemporary issues in the field of Management. In addition to her teaching and research, she has actively participated in faculty development programs, conferences, seminars, and workshops at national and international levels.
