Dr. Garima Sainger is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura. She has more than 14 years of experience in teaching and research. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, and completed her Ph.D. in Training and Development from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, India, in 2015. She is UGC-NET qualified and has published research in reputed national and international journals. Her areas of interest include Human Capital Management, Leadership, AI in Healthcare, Smart Learning Ecosystems, and Sustainability. She is actively involved in Ph.D. guidance and is currently serving as Co-Principal Investigator of ICSSR-sponsored research project.
