Gitanjali Singh is an accomplished academic with over 15 years of experience in higher education. She serves as Assistant Professor in the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Insurance from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and is pursuing her Ph.D. at GLA University. Her teaching and research interests include Marketing, Banking, and cause marketing. She has published in reputed national and international journals, conducted a consultancy study on NPAs of nationalized banks (2023–24), and contributed significantly to curriculum development and student mentoring, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence.
