Dr. Brijesh Goswami is Assistant Professor of HRM at Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura. He has an experience of teaching and research of more than 21 years. He did his PhD from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India. He has published more than 20 research papers in various national and international journal of repute. His areas of interest are Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He is also actively involved in various academic administration. He is the Vice President of University Cultural Council.
