- Molecular Plant Breeding/ Genetics skills: Genomic DNA isolation (CTAB and Quick method), PCR, Gel Electrophoresis (Agarose and PAGE), molecular makers screening.
- IPR skills: Intellectual Property Rights issues for Crop Improvement, Sui-generis system, Plant Variety Protection and Farmer’s Rights, Breeder’s Rights.
