Dr. Rakshit Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura. He completed his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering & Management from NIT Raipur, specializing in disassembly line balancing (DLBP), sustainable manufacturing, metaheuristics, and optimization under task-failure uncertainty. He holds an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering & Management from NIT Raipur and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

He has published multiple high-quality research papers in Q1 SCI/SCIE and ABDC-listed journals such as International Journal of Production Research and Applied Soft Computing. His research interests include reverse logistics, sustainable operations, evolutionary algorithms, and data-driven operations research.

At GLA University, he teaches MBA courses such as Operations Research, Business Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, Project Management, Excel for Business, and Python for Business. He is actively involved in research, project mentoring, and academic development activities.
