Buffer preparation, Qualitative and quantitative analysis of carbohydrates, amino acids, proteins, nucleic acids, Paper and thin layer chromatography of amino acids and plant pigments, CBC (Complete blood count) by using haematology analyser, Enzyme assays experimens, determination of optimum temp and pH for enzyme acid phosphatase, determination of specific activity, DNA isolation from animal and plant source, agarose gel electrophoresis of nucleic acids,

Immunoelectrophoresis, Agar gel diffusion, counter immune electrophoresis, Separation of proteins by PAGE, SDS- PAGE, Micrometry: Calibration of stage and ocular micrometer and measurement of the given biological sample, WBC: Differential counting, Microscopy: working of simple, compound, phase contrast and inverted microscopes, Chromosome preparation: Mitosis-Onion root tip/ human lymphocytes.
