Join GLA University's NSS unit and be part of a transformative journey of social service, community development, and nation-building.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) at GLA University has been a cornerstone of social service and community development since its establishment.
GLA University's NSS volunteers have touched over 50 villages in the Mathura region, implementing sustainable development programs. Our students actively engage in health awareness campaigns, adult literacy programs, skill development workshops for women, and digital literacy initiatives. These programs have benefited thousands of community members, creating lasting positive impact.
Our NSS unit operates regular teaching centers for underprivileged children, conducts awareness campaigns on hygiene, sanitation, and health, and organizes blood donation camps. The unit also focuses on environmental conservation through tree plantation drives, having planted over 10,000 trees across the campus and nearby areas.
The NSS program at GLA University has produced numerous student leaders who have gone on to serve in various capacities. Our volunteers develop essential life skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and empathy. Many NSS alumni credit the program with shaping their character and instilling values of social responsibility that guide their professional and personal lives.
