The program was held in two slots at the University Auditorium – from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM for B.Tech students of Mathura and Greater Noida campuses and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for students of other programs as per the orientation notice of the university dated 18.08.2025.

The sessions were attended by the university authorities like Vice-Chancellor Prof. Anoop Kumar Gupta, CEO Mr. Neeraj Agrawal, CFO Mr. Vivel Agrawal, Registrar Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, Dean (Academic Affairs) Prof. Ashish Sharma and other academic and administrative officials. From their addresses, students learned the importance of knowing academic standards, university resources, and making the most of their campus experience.
