Proficio Persona Club is a personality development club managed by the Institute of Business Management, GLA University. The name of the club justifies its objective. The Latin word "Proficio" means" I advance, make progress, make headway." The word "Persona" throws light on the aspect of the character that the students ably present.

Proficio Persona Club aims to develop self-confidence, maintain a positive attitude and be assertive. It works on personality development and etiquettes building to help an individual stand out from the crowd and have a distinctive identity.
Proficio Persona Club has organized numerous events, workshops, seminars and competitions since its inception in 2019. The club focuses on developing an individual's overall personality and emphasises invoking hidden soft skills.
Thus, the club plans and organizes various workshops and training sessions hosted by experts from their related industries to enhance communication skills and augment technical presentation.
