This lab provides an active design environment for students to create a complete 3D digital model of mechanical components and assemblies by using Computer-aided technologies (CAx). Advanced CAx tools merge many different aspects of the product life cycle management (PLM), including design, finite element analysis (FEA), manufacturing, production planning, and product. This lab is part of our curriculum; students develop projects and do analysis on purchased software’s:
