Dr. Satya Sheel has over 35 years of teaching and research experience with the reputed MN National Institute of Technology (an Institution of National Importance) at Allahabad, been a Professor and Academic Advisor in the Department of Electrical Engineering since March 1992.

He joined GLAU in May 2014 and has been contributing through mentoring faculty members for teaching, research, academic audit, curriculum development, project proposals and evaluation. His teaching and research interests include Control systems in all forms, Instrumentation, Soft computing, Energy systems, Signal processing among others.

His experience includes administration, project planning and execution, training and research, special programs and courses, Academic audit, Quality assurance (NBA/ NAAC).

Have successfully led and organized Conferences- National & International, Tutorials & Workshops and programs for continuing education.
