  1. The registration fee for listeners/co-author/extra registration is [Rs 2500 (with conference kit) or Rs 1500 (without conference kit)] (India)/ $ 75 (outside India). This registration includes access to all the paper presentation sessions, Breakfast and Lunch during the conference period, Tea and Coffee during sessions and certificate.
  2. There will be two tutorial sessions. The tutorial session charges for Indian listeners/co-author/extra registration are Rs 200 for one session and Rs 300 for both sessions. For foreign participants it is $10/session.

Important

  • Registration fees is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Each registration entitles the author to present one paper only.
  • Offline Author Registration fee includes access to all the paper presentation sessions of the conference, access to tutorial session, Conference Proceedings and Conference Kit, Breakfast and Lunch during the conference period, and Gala conference dinner, Tea and Coffee during sessions and certificate.
  • Online Author Registration fee includes digital access to all the paper presentation sessions and tutorial sessions, Paper Presentation and Digital Certificate.
  • Tutorial registration include access to tutorial sessions and certificate of attendance.

Rules

  • At least one author per paper has to register and present the paper. Non-presented papers will not be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore as per IEEE policy.
  • Only Full-Time Students are considered under Student’s Registration. If an author is Register as Student, then he/she must show/send a copy of valid Student ID.
  • Everybody, who has paid the conference fees, will receive an official receipt at the conference venue.
  • No CANCELLATION & REFUND of Registration Fee.
  • Please note that the registration fee is only for paper publication, attending the conference etc. Authors should bear all lodging and boarding expenses on their own. (Subsidized accommodation can be provided in campus on prior request).

  • Please keep the following things ready with you before registration: Paper ID, Scanned/E-copy of payment slip, valid ID proof, and IEEE membership proof (if applicable).
