Life skills (Yoga, physical fitness, health and hygiene):

In our daily life there is immense importance of yoga, physical fitness, health and hygiene. The University always promote and give preference to the health. The university is regularly organizing various events like yoga classes, health awareness camps in nearby periphery or villages, various health awareness days. The routine life skill practices reduce stress or maintain physical fitness of individual. The University always promote the students or faculty members to be the part of it.
