Oral Presentation 15 min

Online Live Presentation

  • Online Oral Presentation will be conducted on Zoom Meeting.
  • Each presentation includes 3 minutes of Q&A / discussion.
  • All presenters are requested to reach the Online Session Room prior to the schedule time and complete their presentation on time.
  • Online oral presenters can find their assigned presentation time on the conference program.

E-Poster Presentation

  • Please submit your e-poster as a one-page .PDF file. If you wish, you may use a template that can be downloaded  HERE.

    • Language: All e-posters should be prepared in English.

    File format: pdf

    File size: Less than 10 MB

  • Please send the e-poster to the organizing committee via ncbta2021@gla.ac.in by Oct 30, 2023. The e-poster file will be put on the conference website publicly. By sending your e-poster file, you are agreeing to have it posted on the conference website publicly.
  • The e-poster can be viewed at any time during and after the conference for up to 3 months and the audience may contact the presenters directly for questions and discussions.
