About 2^nd ICMME-2023

Department of Mechanical Engineering, GLA University, Mathura, U.P. India is organizing the 2^nd International Conference on aspects of Materials and Mechanical Engineering (2^nd ICMME 2023). The aim of the present conference is to bring together researchers, academicians, scientists, scholars, and industrial, research organizations around the world to discuss and present papers on recent developments in the broad fields of Materials and Mechanical Engineering. The 2^nd ICMME 2023 also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for a great gathering of both industrial and academic professionals from all over the world in the fields of Materials and Mechanical Engineering. It provides a major forum to exchange knowledge on the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of material processing and their characterization, developments of composite materials, thermal augmentation processes, and materials. All the accepted papers after double-blind peer review in the conference will be published in SCIE/ESCI/Scopus Indexed Journals..

The Department of Mechanical Engineering have a vision to be one of the best departments in the world. To achieve this objective, the department endeavours to produce graduates of high calibre through rigorous coursework and cutting-edge research. Students in the department are exposed to the problems faced by contemporary societies and are trained to develop technological solutions through innovative thought. These activities are driven by the teaching and research programmes of the department's faculty, which encompass numerous facets of Mechanical Engineering. The department encourages its students to participate in extracurricular activities in addition to their regular course load. ASME Student Chapter, SAE Collegiate Club, MoU with MSME (Micro Medium Small Enterprise) Technology Development Centre, Ministry of MSME Government of India Foundry Nagar, Agra, and MoU with National Institute of Design (NID) Ahmedabad, under the Design Clinic Scheme for MSMEs in education and research. For applied research and scholarly pursuits, the department is equipped with Centre for Excellence CAR (Centre for automotive research), MNDRC (Micro-Nano Development Research Centre), and SOLAR Energy.
