Shri Krishna Janambhumi at Mathura is the birthplace of Lord Shri Krishna, who manifested himself in the prison-house of the cruel king Kansa and set free his father Vasudeva and his mother, Devaki. His purpose was to destroy evil, protect the virtuous, and establish righteousness on a firm footing.
Shri Giriraj Ji Maharaj Temple is located at Giriraj Mountain Govardhan hill which is 21 Km far from Lord Krishna's Birth City Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. The temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna. It is known for the Hindu pilgrimage, Govardhan Parvat, a narrow sandstone hill of 8 km in length. Lord Krishna held Govardhan Hill on his little finger to save the town from the wrath of the god of rain, Indra.
Built in 1814 by Seth Gokul Das Parikh, Dwarikadish Temple is one of the main temples in the town. Located in the heart of the city, this revered shrine is decorated on a grandiose scale during the festive days of Holi, Janmashthami and Diwali. The main temple here is elaborately designed and colourfully painted.
It is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna in the holy city of Vrindavan. Bankey means “bent in three places”, and Bihari means “supreme enjoyer”. So this is how Krishna, bent in three places, got the name “Bankey Bihari ”. The image of Lord Krishna stands in the Tribhanga posture.

Also known as Sri Krishna-Balaram Mandir, this temple was built in 1975 on the instructions of Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who is the founder-acharya of ISKCON. The core objective of this temple was to increase awareness about the Vedic scriptures and the Bhagavad Gita.
The Taj Mahal was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 for being “the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world’s heritage”. Sikandra is the mausoleum of Akbar. Akbar himself started construction of this beautiful monument. This structure has a perfect blending of Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Buddhist and Jain themes. Sikandra is named after Sikandar Lodhi, the Delhi ruler who was in power from 1488 to 1517.
