‘UTTHAN 2019’ is an Inter School Project competition being organized by GLA University Polytechnic on 16th November, 2019 for all the 10th and 12thstudents of various schools in Mathura, Agra, Aligarh, Hathras and Firozabad district to motivate them towards science & technology, innovative thinking and skills.
