The department of Electronics and Communication Engineering utilizes non-linear and active electrical components to design electronic circuits and their system.
It provides the students with necessary and sufficient practical knowledge and encouraging them to try out their innovative research and development ideas.
The department is currently offering M.tech and Ph.D. in the core areas of Electronics and Communication that are wireless communication, control and embedded system, VLSI technology and design, and Image Processing.
The department has well-equipped state of art, laboratories which provide facilities in areas of electronic devices, circuits, linear and digital integrated circuits, microprocessors, microcontrollers, digital signal processing with various integrated licensed software like Matlab, Pspice tools, Cadence Tool, and Labview and many more for catering a combination of textual and graphical programming to design a system in a simulation environment.
