Course Overview

LL.M or Master of Legislative Law is a one-year postgraduate course effectively designed in two semesters to render vast knowledge in the specialized field of law. As the platform for legal matters has been extended, and multiple industries keep their eyes on law experts in various streams, the LL.M programme has gained popularity. It is offered in following specializations:

  • Banking, Finance, and Insurance Law
  • Cyber Law and Data Privacy Law

The course curriculum of LL.M includes Cyber Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Law, Business Law, Dispute Resolution, Human Rights, etc. The faculty supervises the students and fetch details from scratch to make students understand the fundamentals and detailed knowledge of the law. Moreover, the mentors adopt creative methodologies and techniques to make learning simple and effective for the students.

The programme helps the individuals stay on the page of advanced studies that include Ph.D. or MPhil. The students must pass the All India Bar Exam to practise law in India. After completing the course, the scholars can avail multiple job opportunities such as a legal advisor or consultant, teacher, legal advisor, legal assistant and policy analyst.
