As the name signifies, Smart Manufacturing employs technologies like Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT) for computer-integrated manufacturing. It is a broad manufacturing category that allows high levels of adaptability, quick design changes, and a very flexible training program for the technical workforce.

Regulating the production levels based on demand, efficient production, supply chain optimization and recyclability are some of the additional advantages of smart manufacturing. B. Tech Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Smart Manufacturing is a full-time UG program divided into eight semesters. ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry / Computer Science. With at least 60% marks in the above subjects, taken together and 50% marks overall.
