Course Overview

In present era, agriculture involves the use of unconventional techniques, modern fertilizers and various state of the art technologies for improvement of crops. Agriculture is a complex and ever-changing field that requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of scientific principles.

Given thought to above considerations, B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture program is designed to render students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of agriculture, including plant breeding, crop production, soil science, and livestock management.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture course is typically four years in duration. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the agriculture industry. Graduates of the program are prepared for careers in a variety of fields, including farming, agribusiness, agricultural research, and government agencies.
