Regarding further improvement in education sector, proficiency in English has been seen to improve one’s performance so its education should be improved. Teaching profession should be made attractive by attractive salaries and incentives to attract the individual to pursue such career. A large scale intervention can be delivered at the training of teachers through Public –Private-Partnership model.

Technology and Research sector also demands a boost in their work. The scientific workforce density in Indiais very low which needs to be increased. As world is experiencing a change and boom in technological era, so one must strive for improvement in such fields.
