Radio and Space Phys., 33, 189-195, 2004)” has been appreciated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, an eminent scientist & President of India and invited for a scientific discussion on 11.10.2004 at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi.
