The botany research lab is focused on exploring new avenues in the field of plant sciences and provides an insight to the students about the wide diversity of different plant taxa prevalent on the planet. Students explore the intracellular structures and anatomy of different plant forms from algae to angiosperms. The lab is currently running a DBT funded research project on Foldscope and its microscopic applications.
