Molecular & Industrial Microbiology

Estimation of purity and yield of DNA, SDS-PAGE of given protein samples, DNA probe labelling by using Dig -oxigenin kit, particular gene detection in DNA sample by hybridisation of labelled probe. Genomic and Plasmid DNA isolation, RNA isolation, Southern blotting, Northen blotting, Enzyme Kinetics, preparation of competent cells and transformation in E. coli, random and 3'end labelling with DIG system, various finger printing technique such as Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and Random amplified polymorphic DNA analysis (RAPD), IS-6110, IS-1081,copy no estimation.
