Industrial internet of things (IIOT) is pivotal for the current trend of automation and data analytics in manufacturing technologies. The Industry 4.0, a technological revolution shall have a significant impact on the quality of human beings especially involve in the organized sectors of science and technology. The vision of GLA University, Mathura envisages a great stress on interdisciplinary research in engineering, management, pharmacy, biotechnology, humanities and education, in addition to the traditional excellence in teaching. GLAU has displayed a leadership in emerging fields such as solar energy, nanocomposites, internet of things, artificial intelligence, bio-medical and information sciences and polymer science to name a few. The excellence in research is demonstrated by the quality publication, conference presentations, patents and sponsored projects. Research centers as well as center of excellence and research partnerships with government laboratories, industry and other universities has lead to the participation of GLAU in the research world.
Over 400 graduate students, doctoral and post doctoral fellows are deeply involved in the various research programs offered by GLAU.
